I've got a '98 EX and am quite impressed with the stock stereo / CD player and speakers. Anyone know who the manufacturer is?

I just bought a 98' LX and it seems that the radio is completly stock but it sounds very good. So i checked around and the speakers on mine came from pioneer. Now either honda had something good going there and put the awesome speakers in there or the previous owner did. Either way i ot lucky that i only need to change my casette player now

I have a sneaky suspicion that your radio is an Infinity Brand, the same one that my friend has in his Acura Legend.

Maybe one of our radio audiophiles has the answer for sure...let's see if some who knows for sure will coughf up the real answer..

Honda makes Honda radios... Acura is a different gig. Acura even features that crap Bose system too, and like Wheelbroker said Infinity also does it with Acura.

Now I also know that Honda makes Honda speakers, but I have heard that they will once in a while hang out with Pioneer for the nicer models.
