Default Throttle Position Sensor

Does anyone carry the Throttle Position Sensor for a 1993 Accord Coupe (manual) as a separate part? According to information found online, it can be removed (the 'rivets' are actually threaded like screws), but it seems I can only find it as part of the throttle body assembly.

If not, what would be a good replacement throttle body model? If I must replace the entire unit, I'd rather upgrade.

You could send your throttle body to maxbore.com and have it bored out a little bit and he can get you a new TPS sensor.

Unfortunately, I need to be able to drive the vehicle, so sending my throttle body off isn't an option right now. I may just have to get one off eBay.
