Lower it.

start with suspension, coilovers, then anti sway kit.
then wheels, tires and most important stoppers, brakes, get your base built, then add power

The quickest mod that one can do and see the results is of course the Tires and Wheels...most pleasing to you and to others who will look at your ride...

Of course that's only my opinion....

If it's a 4-lug 4x114.3 (4.5) or 5x114.3 for 5 lugs.

you have a 4 bolt pattern 4x 4.5. someone has already said it and i have to second it, build the base. if your going to drop a h22a in there you are probably going to be going over 110 regularly. **** i do that with my f22. suspension and brakes. you dont have to go expensive to get good handling and ride. comptech springs over koni orange shocks, tien springs over tokico shocks or kyb illumina's eibach whatever. Brakes are the first thing i would do because you need a couple of things, first swap out those drums out back cause they suck. hit your local boneyard and get the rear end off an SE, they should hook it up for about 200 bucks, then you need drilled rotors and good pads all the way around. at a dollar thirty your stock brakes will gas out so fast.
