Greetings!
Hey guys, I just became a new Honda owner!
I bought a 2008 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L 4-cyl and I am absolutely in LOVE! I've had the car for nine days and I already have my first horror story.
I had a local tint shop where I work (I did a lot of research on this BBB member firm) and decided I wanted them to place a "stoneguard" film on the front of my car to protect the color (Belize Pearl Blue) from road hazard damage since my commute is nearly a hour and a half each day.
He finished and I inspected the tint job and, to my horror, noticed that my brand new shiny projector headlamps had DEEP GASHES in BOTH SIDES!
He denied he did it and absolutely rejected liability, but gave me the tint job for free. I could tell the guy was lying and told him I didn't want the tint for free, I wanted my car back to prestine. This happened only FIVE DAYS after I drove it out of the show room.
Now, I am currently in the middle of filing a small claims suit with the company to get the $306.60 a piece headlamps replaced.
I have been heartbroken for days because each time I walk to my car I am noticed about how it is no longer new and all the time and money I'm going to have to go through to get my baby back to beautiful again!
