Default Audio with Nav system

Hey,
i have an 06 accord ex with the Nav system in it. it has the six disc cd player in it, but thats really my only method of Audio capability. I bought an FM transmitter which sucked and a transmitter that was built into the antenna (which also sucked). I was wondering if anyone had any idea on how to get Ipod capabilites, digitally, without sacrificing the Nav System. Also, with the Nav system, would it be possible to get Subs installed?
