A big risk for people like me would be keeping your speed down, but that's not really what your going for I think. :D

other then having a lead foot, and it being up to the driver to not be a moron at the wheel, any con that can be defined is easily removed through proper installation, tuning, and maintenance,
oh, and reduced gas mileage

the same basic maintainence as a car with a factory turbo, which is the same schedule as a car without one... just watch your fluid levels and belts/leaks and repair them as needed.... If you do a good install it's going to be fine except the extra gas cost..

As long as it is tuned right (your not putting in 12 psi on a stock motor) the accord makes a fine car to turbo.
It's also expensive to do. Just use good fluids and check them often and your car will be fine.

expensive... is not a factor... u want power u need to be able to afford it
maintenance... is just normal... keep it lubed and if theres any funny noises get it fixed and dont put the car under unneeded stress...
gas... no... anyway...

Have a friend at work who hates turbos, cause at her dads shop shes seen a ton of turbo cars messed up because of the turbo. Oddly enough it was always by people who ran their cars hard all the time. Then she pops off, its only good for about 5 years anyways. I'm like..... uhhhhh lets see........ you can replaces the internals of the turbo easy and it only costs about 100 bucks...... I just cant help but be in awe of some things.....

the only real cons are turbo lag and the pain of installation.
