I'm new the board here as I just a bought a '94 Coupe EX 5spd. for driving back and forth to work to save gas and wear and tear on the Yukon. The Yuke has a 500w ampw/12" PunchP2's andI am accustomed to some decent sound.

The Honda has a Sony CDX-1300 45W X 4 connected to the "I assume" oem speakers. I have an old set of Cerwin-Vega co-axials that I considered installing.

With the wealth of knowledge here on the board I figured someone can answer my ?'s.

Will the speakers fit in the rear deck, or does it require a mod?

Are those tweeters mounted up near the windshield?

What size are the Vega's?
Also, a way to check would be to go to Crutchfield.com and do a check on what speakers go in the car.

It looks like, according to Crutchfield, that those 6x9's will be perfect for your Accord. :)

I have 6x9s in the rear deck of my Accord. You shouldnt have any problems. I dont think depth is an issue at all.

front speakers are easy if you find a shallow set (good luck finding a decent set of speakers that are shallow enough...) and yes those are tweeters by the front windsheild, wrap a screwdriver in a towel and you can pry the up pretty easily.... takes a little finess to remove them though....
