My cd changer in my 03 accord is broken and only the radio works. i was thinking about gettin an insert that goes into where the stock CD player is. I have an aftermarket CD player that i want to put in there and was wondering if the audio controls on the steering wheel would still work on it. If anyone has done this modification on their accord please contact me.

depends alot on what radio you put in there..... And if there is a module for your car that will work with the new radio.
