I just bought a set of 17" rims for my 04 accord ex v6. They are the ones that come standard on the 6-speed manual v6. What would be good tires to get for the car and these rims?

Great tires at a great price. Check 'em out. WheelBrokerAng 12-08-2004, 01:53 AM Hi all: As I said in one of the other forums where we were all talking about tires, my favorites are the Yokahama Pradas because they are triple AAA rated in tempurature, traction and Speed rateing not to meantion that they are tight looking...Look at the tread style and you can see what I'm talkin about.. WheelBrokerAng[8D] lobi126 12-16-2004, 08:48 PM is the bolt pattern for the 03+ accords 5 x 114.3? Tonyride 03-25-2005, 01:15 PM Bump.. want to confirm bolt spacing for future new wheels. Thanks. gdr_11 03-25-2005, 02:08 PM I started out with Michelin Pilots on my 17"s for my 03 Accord EX coupe, now I am running Falkans FK-451....215/45ZR17. These are great looking tires, good performance, quiet and....much less than Michelins or Yokohamas. Patrick 03-25-2005, 03:34 PM i wouldnt run falkens if they were free.... i ONLY run yokos...got some from tirerack.com, yokohama parada spec-2, 205-40-ZR17....for about 84 a piece...with shipping, i think the bill was like 330... WheelBrokerAng 03-27-2005, 12:50 AM 5 on 115 mm is the norm although one of the Accords wheels in the 17" is a 5 om 100mm wheel. Its for the 2003 to 2005 and is that great looking 18 spoke standard wheel that is a stock wheel. Hope that helped you out... To make your ride look right with this combo you gota slam your ride. Or else it will look funny with big o gap. Also depending on your off set 245/35/17 might be too wide, 215/40/17 will be same match far as the hight of the side wall. good luck. |
