I recently bought a 99 couple 2.3L. What is stock WHP? What kind of gains will I see from intake? headers? plugs, wires? catback? thanks, sorry for being a Newbie.

I guess my first question would be which F23?

Stock whp for F23a1 and a4 is probably around 120
F23a5 is less than that.

Look for 1-3 whp increments.
