2006 Accord Cloth Seats Dirty
I have a new (7k miles) accordthat I bought brand new from the dealer. The seats are black cloth (should have gotten leather!) that look filthy! It is almost like they have a static cling affect to them. I trie to vaccum them but barely any of the stuff (like lint kinda) comes off... It is so bad I am half tempted to see if I can have leather installed. Has anyone had this problem, if so how can I fix it? Does the honda seat proteection spray offered by the dealer help at all?
Thanks in advance!

I have tried a lint brush and vacumming and together they helped a little but after a few days it was just as bad.. Did you happen to get the seat "protection" spray they try to sell you when you get the car? I didn't but I wonder if that will help, I believe it costs a few hundred $$$.

I didn’t. I did get a scotchguard installed at a local shop, but that was shortly after buying the car, so I didn’t have any experience prior to the scotchguard. You may want to try an anti-static spray, or simply rubbing a dryer sheet over the seat. Mine seems to have gotten better (I've owned the car for 4.5 months now), but honestly, unless its disgusting, it really doesn’t bother me.
