hey can anyone tell me first hand..
are halo or jdm lighs real cheap on ebay..
meaning is the plastic to fake or will dey look hella bad.
i know u pay for what u get but just wanna know too fake uglyplain stupid..

Both look great, and the one piece projectors on ebay lok AWESOME. But, the output is pretty bad. I am curious though, there is a guy in this section who managed to put HIDs in his ebay projectors w/o melting the housing.

 

it is my understanding that hids in the projectors are easily done, b/c hids run cooler than the projectors do?? but i may be mistaken

 

HID's do run cooler than halogen bulbs. However, in most cases the HID bulb is slightly longer, so if the bulb is touching and plastic it will still melt it.
