Thats the size.

You have to have the correct bulb size otherwise it wont fit your vehicle. Hopefully you picked the right one.......

What a shame.

$20 will not get you HID. $20 may have gotten you really cheap HID bulbs. Can you posts a pic of them? I'm willing to bet they didn't come with a ballast if they are in fact HID bulbs.

I have 6000k, and they're a cool white, and by cool I mean temperature wise, not awesomeness, but they are pretty awesome.

8500K isnt too too bad, 12000k is just straight up purple with very little out poot, 8500k might not even be purple, it might just be blue.
and those purple are really purple!, my friend got some for his gf, and oh my they are bright purple

Those pics do good justice to the temps below 8000K, but the temps higher than that are far more colorful in real life.

Thanks for posting!

Lol either way this cat did not buy HIDs so showing him the colors isn't doing much. That lifetime warranty is complete crap too, those companies selling those bulbs are liars so they don't mind lying about that. If they didn't lie they wouldn't be able to sell their product. Those bulbs won't even last a year, more like 6 months. Don't feel bad when I was 16 I bought a pair of those thinking they were going to be whiter, I'm surprised no one has tried to file suit against these companies, they are being extremely deceitful to sell their product.
