My 97 accord so far

Yeah the F22 loves boost, Steel cylinder walls and 8.8:1 compression stock. And the best part is if you blow it its $300 for a replacement and your back at it.
Plus for the cost of a H22 swap you could boost a F22 and make way more power.

Welcome. Not a fan of the Fugen lip (fake Mugen lol), but other than that, nice going so far. Curious, what shocks are you on with the Sportlines?
And in regards to your swap question......H22 or turbo the F. The G22 takes some work to do properly, and they can run into oil issues down the road, because the oil lines do not line up exactly between the black and the head. The F20B makes the same amount of power as an H22, but less torque. A friend of mine recently switched from an F20B to an H, and is much happier. The build an N/A F, it takes a good amount of money to get any respectable numbers.
And as mentioned before, the F is great to boost. As long as you have good compression across the board, and no major problems, you should be good. I'd recommend piecing to together your own turbo kit, don't buy the cheap stuff you see on eBay. One company that makes a good kit, is Treadstone. Otherwise, buy your parts separately, and build your own. You can get a quality system for a good price that way. I'd say expect to spend about $2k all in all. But, if tuned properly, you could make 220+hp on 8-10lb of boost, which are good for daily driving the car.
Personally, I would go the H22 route....its about the same amount of money. For me, when I swap my car, I want it to be legal. As a resident of California, our smog laws are insane, but it is possible to make an H legal. Not with a turbo. Plus, I want the reliability of a stock motor. Plus, down the road, I plan on tracking the car, and the H22 is a great platform for building N/A, plus no boost lag.
Basically, you have to think about what the car will be used for down the road, and decide from there.
