Have any of you guys gotten any paint jobs? Some folk say it's not worth it but i see myself with this car for a loooooooong time. Any recommendations? Price ranges? maybe something below 1000

 

I have gotten one car painted, soon to get my other one painted. You wont get a good paint job for under $1000. For my fiji blue accord it cost me about $1200 total, and that was just in parts because my friend did it for free.

 

Dam bro...looks like i have to find a hook up myself. I don't know if it would be the smartest thing to spend a G in this economic times.

 

Macco could probably meet your budget, but its Macco. To give you an Idea, just the paint for my car(at a discount) was $360. That doesnt include primer and clear and all that. The $1200 included the new hood and bumper I had to buy.

 

Ya definitely a no for Maaco. I just need a new front bumper basically. The rest is just paint but its still in the thousand range i'm guessing. Is it worth it in your opinion. My car is not rusted nor banged up. I'm fixing it up and adding mods and I want it to look like everyone else here. Even the older gens have great paint jobs and I have dents and scratches along the car.

 

I think its worth it, I was so sick of seeing so many other accords the same color. And a good paint job really makes it stand out.

Where are you located, I know a guy that could do it for cheaper than an actual shop.

 

I personally know the owner of a shop down here sweagle that does most of the people i know's work.. Was going to paint my accord house of kolors black for $1200 way below actual cost.
