Default question about side body moldings

hey, thinking about getting either some drag dr-25 or enkei or-52 wheels: 17" silver

but would that look ok on my stock 97 accord lx?

the main concern is if it would go good with the black side body moldings.

if not then does anyone know where i can get some body colored ones for a 97lx?

thanks

I would go with the enkeis over the drags. I think it would look good, but would need some lowering to make it look real good cause accord have a insanely high ride height stock.

You cant really find pre painted body moldings, and if you did they probably wouldnt match. You could have a body shop paint them probably for pretty cheap, or do it yourself, as napa and some other places offer color match paint.

yeah i knew i was gonna drop it already

also any recommendations on semi-affordable but good performance tires?

and if i were to paint the side moldings would that look good? they are plastic. i have all new moldings to put on already once i get the left passenger door repainted so i just need to know if it would look good still painted...

I would paint them, esp if you are already having a door painted, it wont cost much more to paint the moldings. The EX came with painted moldings and looks 1000x better.

Depends what size tire you are running, I would do at least 2 inches.

Yeah at least 2 inches then, considering mine is like 1.7inches and I get told all the time I should lower my car.

If you got money then get coilovers. You can adjust their height anytime to what you like, and they're great for handling
