well when i first painted the rims i thouhg they looked alittle bit like the for gt rims for sum reason. but those are jsut pics. u gotta see them in first person they look alot better then stock. the black paint makeeach spoke seem slimmer, making look like 17 inch spokes. i luv them, and they make the rim shineee when it contrasts with the balck a silver. and the little lip around the rim also stands out more. its a great mod for about 40 bucks canadian.
to fenix: i used red caliper paint with a brush. no mess and easy to do. looks good when cleaned. but they do chip i should have baked it but didnt wanna tamper with the brakes. NOT YET ANYWAYS...

it looks really clean i like it i was honestly thinking about painting my rims like that too cause i have the same ones but i was told not to cause itll chip and look bad. are yours holding up? and what paint did you use on the rims?

i used tremclad rust inhibitive paint. i first cleaned up my rims using rubbing alcohol to remove all the dirt. i then taped them up and applied 3 coats of paint and 3 coats of tremclad clearcoat. because of the angles of the sides of the spokes they did chip but still look better then stock. and if u plan to use them as ur winter rims its a great mod...
