rear unibody damage

rear unibody damage
New guy here. How's it going?
I have a 98 accord that was rear-ended on the driver's side only (while it was parked on the street.) The internal rear bumper and unibody are pushed forward about 1.5" on the driver's side and ok on passenger side. How do I go about pulling this back out? Is there some way I can do it myself? I know it won't be perfect, but if I can get the bumper and trunk opening pulled back out enough, the exterior will look fine even if the internals are a little crunched.
If a body shop is the only option, anyone here have experience and can tell me what they might charge just to straighten the bumper and unibody enough for the bumper to go on correctly and the trunk to line up correctly?
Thanks for the help.
If I can figure out how to add pics, I will.

I doubt you can get it straight with out some specialized hydraulic equipment. A body shop will likely put it on a frame rack and pull it , comes to how much time they would have in it , may not be terrible money for a good job. They will uasally give you a free estimate. Just tell them you only want it pulled.

Thanks for the reply. I actually beat it back out with a 5lb sledge. Small hits in order to keep from screwing it up. I wish I had taken before and after shots but it turned out pretty good.
The internal bumper wasn't actually pushed in, it was more like just the trunk and tail light area. I couldn't tell until I started working on it. My car is a '98 with 179,000 miles, so I really wanted to avoid putting much money in it.
