Talking Rustoleum Lens tint.

I just shaded the taillights on my accord with this stuff, and the end result is great. I must say, however, that the process took quite a bit more work than times past when I used the VHT lens tint. I only sprayed two coats, and blended a little bit, but man this stuff was some chunky tint! I wasn't too pleased with the result either. The tint was so dark it was difficult to see my brakelights in the day time, and they were pretty rough. I ended up sanding them with some 2000 grit and buffing them up with some meguires ultimate compound with out a buffer, so just hand power. They smoothed out, brightened up, and they look tons better. With the VHT on the other hand, it didn't need to cut and buff to be smooth. Maybe I sprayed it on a little too thick? Or maybe different taillight housings turn out different? I don't know. Anyways, I've got a before and after picture. Let me know what you guys think?

Before:

Before I cut and buffed them:

After the cut and buff;

That's cool man. I think I'm going to tape it off and make the backup light section darker on mine.
