yea, that is what the independent switch is hooked up to. If I don't have it on cardomain I will have it on there between tonight and tomorrow night

That is just the halos and leds turned on...They're not supposed to illuminate your path. They do a little bit but not enough to drive with.

Like I said that blue switch turns on the LEDs and halos and not the headlights. They were wired like that because my mechanic and I weren't sure if they were legal. So he put a switch in so it would isolate the LEDs/halos with the headlights.

If I feel like turning them on I do and don't feel paranoid about it. I sometimes turn the halos on when the sun is about to set but it isn't and I drove by several cops with them on(by themselves) and have never had problems.

I don't think the cops care if they are a stay on the whole time kind of light. If they were strobing then you might have a problem. Some people get lights and they literally are a skyish bright blue and I have seen them on the roads. And if they are on the roads then i don't think they are illegal.
