Default Wink Mirrors

Has anyone used one of these? I've heard they're pretty effective at eliminating blind spots, and I don't see them all that often out here on the West coast. I'm considering trying to find one of these out here just to try out for fun.
Here's some pictures in case you don't know what I'm talking about.

I had a Wink mirror on my 1972 Mustang back in the late 1970s. It did a great job of increasing rearward visibility, elimination of most blind spots as well. The only problem was there was no way to dim the mirror from rear headlight glare, a big issue. Also, the mirror required the removal of the sun visors to install the mirror brackets in the visor mounting holes...Another big inconvience/sacrifice to make...

Yeah the sun visor thing was one of the main complaints I was seeing about them but it looks like some people were able to work the mirror in around the visors. Not sure how likely that is for my Accord, there doesn't seem to be much room to work with, but at around $20 it might be an interesting thing to buy just for the heck of it.
