Default Bad radio signal after subs/amp install..

I just recently installed subs into my accord (CCity did the install) and noticed that my radio now comes in like **** in areas where it use to come in fine before the install.. Is there anything I can check out or anything I could add that would allow my radio signal to come in more clear? I went back to CCity and they said they did nothing with the factory radio (they used a Line-in converter) so its not their fault when it comes to the bad signal.
Any help is appreciated guys.

What else is new? is it a oem deck or aftermarket? Are you using a fm mod at all?
