Default Can I modify my radio to play USB thumb drives?

Most new radios have a USB input, and I used to love getting 8GB drives, filling them with mp3's, and listening to them from my stereo.

I have a Sony CDX-GT10W. Without replacing the stereo, is there any way that I can modify it to play thumb drives? It has an Aux input, but no USB.

nope.

i recommend an upgrade to the Alpine CDE-147BT

awesome USB interface and remembers where you left off in the song even if you remove the thumbdrive!

BT pairing with Android. Wired iPhone - both with Pandora.

time alignment, crossovers, 9-band EQ

and the best user interface in the industry.
