Couple questions

You are getting two harness adapters. they have a plug on one end and wires on the other, the wire colors are industry standard.
Unplug factory harness from head unit.
One harness plug into the factory harness.
One harness plugs into the factory radio.
Now you manuall connect the two harnesses back together, except the front speaker wires from the head unt go to your amp.
You can also see if it gives you a remote turn-on lead.
You can change power and ground, if desired.

Ok, I connected everything exactly the way you told me. Now Im having a lot of issues. The front speakers work, so I know thats good. Now my steering wheel controls do nothing, I still have no voice guidance, and I have a constant loud hiss coming from the speakers. Whats going on here? The only thing I can think of is I have the wrong harnesses. Were these the harnesses for the Navigation? Desperately need your help now.

i need to know exactly what you did. pics of wiring connections will help.
the main harness is separate from the navigation harness. the harnesses you got are just for power, ground, and speaker outputs. look at the harness adapter to see if there are wires in the factory harness that are missing in the aftermarket harness. if so, you'll need to add those wires to the harnesses. you can simply strip a wire and shove it in the empty hole to make contact with the pin, and tape it to the nearest wire to hold it in place.

this tells you what wires are in that harness.

Right, the issue is there are many more wires in the factory harness than there are in the 2 harnesses I purchased. So I guess the only way to get everything functioning, is to do what you said and add each wire thats missing. So now Im starting to think it may be easier to just cut the factory speaker wire, and connect the rcas directly to that. What do you think?
Also, Im surprised they dont make a harness that has all those wires, instead of just speakers and what not.

Honda should have used a different harness. the standard harness shouldn't fit if it doesn't include the wires you need.
it would be easier to just jump the harnesses with extra wire.
cutting the factory harness is another option. i would use the harnesses you have and avoid cutting factory wiring.

Whats the downfall to cutting factory wiring? Just seems like a much easier solution. If I was to jump the harnesses, what do I do, buy a roll of wire and then just add it to each empty hole as needed?
