Unhappy Headlights

I love my 2000 Accord but am very unsatisfied with the headlights. If it is raining and nighttime, I feel as if I don't even have any lights on. Does anyone know a reasonable fix for this?

Try these Halo Projector headlights on for size.

Order up a raptor kit 4500K and enjoy the true white light. Easy plug and play install and you can actually see at night.

You said "If it's raining" you can barely notice the lights. Maybe there's a leak, water gets in, and steams the inside of the lens up.

Either they're old or you got bad headlights... Most likely.

Replace the stock bulbs with sylvania silverstar ultra bulbs, or go with HID conversion kit.

I have these, had to mod them first thing to improve the performance of the "projectors". Their performance is lacking compared to the stock lights (as far as width of projection, not depth).

Detailed deconstruction and reconstruction can be seen here:

If new bulbs as suggested above don't make you happy, and the lenses are crystal clear and clean, then more light can be found with HID conversions.
