Default new front 6.5's and rear 6x9's [2004 coupe]

ok so i currently have the entire stock sound system with a 12inch kicker cvr running with 400 watts. [2004 coupe]

i really want to upgrade my front door speakers and rear 6x9's and possibly amp them too so i can go a little louder because right now my sub has a lot more room to go louder and my other speakers cant really keep up

what would you guys consider getting? i have a buddy at best buy that can get decent deals so stuff from there would be good...
i was also looking to install it myself because the install is kinda pricy... do you guys have any links on how to get the door panel off to do the 6.5's?? for the amp i guess i could just follow the wiring for my sub amp but what route should i go to get the wires to the doors???

thanks a lot guys!!

you should get a manual to find out how to take the door off.

the wires are already run to the doors. you would just take the wires that come out of your head unit and run them to the amp, and then run wires from the amp back up into the dash and hook them up to the speaker wires.

yuup, running wires from the amp to the front channel of the deck is the best thing to do, fishing those wires through the door is a massive pain, and you can easilly run 100 watts off those factory wires.

inifinity reference is fine. And yep a decent quality amp around 50x4 would be perfect for your aplication. Stay away from cheap amps from cheap companies. any of those would work fine. It would be a good idea to get an amp with a crossover, and highpass aound 100hz.

Well, I'll just list my experience. I got myself a set of alpine type r coaxles for my 2001 sedan and I'm really pleased with them. I've got em hooked up to a 50x4 vpower amp and they really sound nice. If you get a discount they should fall right within your price range I'd guess. They have some bass to them, but I'm pretty impressed with the clarity too. I unfortunately have not heard many other systems, so take my info with that in mind.
