Default what is the largest tire on 19x8.5 45-ET wheel

Hi What is the largest tire(s) I can use with a 19x8.5 wheel with a 45 ET on a stock suspension 2013 Touring with no drop, without any rubbing issues? I have seen all the on-line tire/wheel comparator, but I need 'first hand' info. Will a 245/40/19 fit with no worries on a squared set-up on 19x8.5 wheels? Thanks,HB

While I have no first hand experience with your car, the specs indicate 245/40 R19 tires should fit your car with no problems.

Thanks. Honda has an optional HFP wheel for the Accord Coupe which is a 19x8.0" 55 offset, with a 245/40R19 tire, but I want to go to 8.5 inch wheels with 45 offset,so the whole assembly will stick out an extra .643", almost inline with the fender lip on the front.....don't want any rubbing going over bumps on a turn?!
What size tires are you guys running on your Canadian Touring's?HB

When you say "larger", are you asking if folks are running tires "wider" or "larger diameter"?
