I'm going to try and not be be an *** but dude I would stop now. If you were slightly educated in car audio you would know the max rating of anything is purely a number for sales. The max is not what they CAN take if your a damn fool and believe the number. The max rating is theoretical peak in power lasting less than a second. That coil would melt with a prolonged burp of more than 1000w. Look dude I've have already proved myself time and time again here. I know what the **** I'm talking about. I'm here to help people not brag or inform people of my own system. And you can't be any older than 19 or 20 so how about you just chill out and realize that there are people that are serious about car audio and know a lot more than you, and even myself. Now if you really want to argue with me, be my guest just know your not the first. And I don't say thing unless I know what I'm talking about, and if I'm just taking a guess I'm sure to mention it. I would go and look at my posts before you start making your self look like a jacka**. There are a few members who never posted again here because they wanted to argue with me and they made themselves look like such fools they never came back. So what's your pick? Accept that maybe I know more than you and let me help you? Or look an complete fool?
EDIT: I love how you can't pick out the obvious sarcasm from the first couple of posts, you really must be young....

Comments like that are only going to get you banned, and can you please shut up you don't know what your talking about.
How about your get your ignorant self out of here. I can't believe the things you are saying you are THE most ignorant one I have ever seen on these forum. You keep saying the stupidest sh*t I have ever seen.
You want to argue about sub rating ****ing let you jackass. A sub is rated for mechanical and electrical, the RMS being the average of the two. A sub can being damaged in tow ways electrically ad mechanically. There is no such thing as a max RMS, the RMS is the RMS. The max is the max current the voice coil can see without melting instantly. The max rating is irrelevant, and you would know that. Now wtf is your problem, you think you have support here because the first two posters were sarcastically making fun of you. Give it some time and you will see other opinions of me on here. You obviously won't listen to me, so how about to listen to our fine members. I can't stand children like you, and don't you dare try and say your not under 18. Your a little jit and not a smart one.
