Default 2006 Accord needs a good waxing/polishing!

Hello all,

I have a 2006 Accord and haven't waxed it in about a year. I used to be the king of waxing cars but I've had some time issues (and a new girlfriend!) and I just don't put alot of effort into cleaning my car as I once did. There was a time where I would easily spend a whole day, sometimes a whole weekend detailing my car but no more...

Anyway, I admit my mistake here in not waxing and polishing the car like it deserves! I write to everyone here now to get some suggestions/ideas as to what wax or polish I can try now that will clean and protect my car. It really needs a going-over: I've clay-bared it a few times and even tried Wet Paint. It seems like it needs to be clayed again but I just don't want to go through all that again.

Any ideas to get my Accord respectable again? (It doesn't look that bad, it just needs a good cleaning). I really can't bring myself to pay to have someone detail it!

Thanks,

Gus

Let me get this straight. You have neglected the car, you're too lazy to do the work required, and too cheap to pay someone to do it. What exactly are you asking about then?????????

Do what you use to do to the car? The king of waxing should remember!

The car is 3 years old, it's still new..

What's wrong with a 10 minute sponge scrub, followed by a vacuum job? If you want, you can use armor all on the interior.

SHOOT, GET SOME TIRE SPRAY TOO. I LOVE IT WHEN PEOPLE COMPLIMENT MY BRAND NEW TIRES ^^
