Default Leather Reconditioning

Has anyone ever tried a DIY leather reconditioning kit to get rid of the little cracks or anything? Suggestions? Cost estimates for re-covering a seat? My drivers side seat has some tears the rest of my seats just have some cracks but not bad.... 94 Accord EX Tan interior... Suggestions?
