I used wet paint for the first time last week.

Time will tell if this product is a "one of a kind" product.

I keep wondering though if if take an average wax and liquify it to the point I can spray it would I get the same results? I think I do a trial. [8D]

 

Wax has no cleaning or sealing properties like Wet Paint. They are not even close to each other in performance or purpose.

 

How do you know? Facts, figures?

By the way I did use it on two vehicles and it worked very well.

But so has regular car wax.

 

Product knowledge*, simple as that. Some "cleaner waxes" have a little cleaning property but none have the cleaning ability of WP. I'm glad that you like the look. You'll find that it will last considerably longer than a standard carnuba wax does too.

*Read the product description of WP and do the same on a carnauba wax. The differences are apparent.

 

i thought it would hold up a little better after hearing all the comments, it does work great thogh, except on my windshield i have streaks , maybe i need to use more . i spray on, i wipe it in, and then i wipe it off. some ththing with the windshield. anyone else have a problem like this

 

you're supposed to wipe it on, then flip over the towel and wipe it off that should solve it..

 

i bought som and for some reason it starts to come off after a week or two it returs to white specks? any ideas?

 

are both of you using terry cloths?
im using terry cloths and im having no problems with this product at all

 

White specks have nothing to do with the product. It lasts for months with the cars I do. What does "comes off after a week or two" mean? Please explain yourself in detail.
