Default Xenon lights?

Does anyone know if xenon lights are easy to install, for example, do you just have to put the xenon bulbs in? or do u have to get special wiring? because the xenons need so much energy and generate lots of heat.

If its just the bulb it should plug right in.

I bought some xenon gas filled 4300k bulbs with 55w output. I hope they dont get to hot when I put them in my projectors

yeah, tell me how that works out for you cuz i was afraid the normal wiring wouldn't be able to handle those type of lights. good luck!

most xenon light still use the typical 55watt input and these should be fine
but some use higher input wattage like 100watt you might want to be careful with these

what about the bulbs like PIAA that say it has as much output as 110w but takes like 65w. Are these hotter than others?

Most Xenon conversion kits use 35 Watt bulbs. This is less power than the stock 55W or 65W bulbs (low or high beams). I have a set from Xenondepot in my TYC projector housings and have no problem. 1 Watt = 3.413 Btu/hr of heat; less power = less heat.

How is the output with the hids and tyc headlights? I am thinking of doing that because the output is pretty bad on the projectors I have now.
