While trying to diagnose a power issue when the car is turned off (door locks don't work and instrument cluster resets) I discovered the OBD port has no power. I'm almost certain these issue all point to the same fuse. I've done several google searches which have pointed me to a few fuses (both under hood and under dash) but I've pulled those recommended fuses and none of them were blown.

Does anyone know which fuse provides power to the OBD port?
