Post 1990 accord auto trans

The tranny just died in my 1990 Accord EXR auto, I have tested the tcu

and its all good, the car already had a rebuild at 200,000 kms and now has 370,000 kms.

is the automatic transmition in the 1990 accords prone do dying

But what I am looking to find out is can you put any auto transmition in from

1990 - 1993 or is each year different becouse almost every year has a

different transmition vin. can i bolt on plug in and go?

I can get a 1993 auto trans for $100 with 200,000 kms no problems with it

the car its out of died becouce of the engine.

all info i find about my trans dying is about the tcu
