i really didnt want to bore the block.from what im reading the proper way to put new pistons in an H series is to sleeve it because of the material the block is made of.true or false?

sleeving is correct, that frm material is a PITA. what are your plans with the build? N/A? turbo? do you know what you are getting into? 2000 is not gonna cut it for a good N/A build.

yea no turbo all motor high compression pistons on a stock bore i called the shop i take my car to today an they will sleeve my block for a few hundred.im hoping after sleeve cost an labor i would be just under 1000$.then there is the cost of the pistons/rods an hopefully the crank shaft dsnt need to be spun or replaced

You don't have to sleeve the block if you run the Mahle Gold Series pistons you can get high c/r pistons for your n/a build. They are designed to run with stock sleeves. They run about $500 for the set check ebay.
