Not too much, especially in that price range. Most people would go for an exhaust next. But a quality exhaust and header will probably cost in the $700 range for both.

F22s really can't make too much power without boost.

boost as in a supercharger? a turbo ob an automatic would be pointless thus the turbo spins air in higher rpms correct? sorry if im wrong im 17 and use to non turbo, nitrous, or supercharged v8's..

Cam we both know that is sooo untrue. He is just runnin the f22b2 head. Which is performance pointless. Now if you swap for a f22a head you have much more potential to work with. The f22b1/2 heads are just a crap head design. Most Honda’s make power from head upgrades. Until your looking for serious power.

$300 is not gonna get you much of anything. I would take that 300 and slap a SMALL nitrous kit if your looking for bang for buck. Or heck even anything that will make more power with that cramped head design. Unless you good boost. But $300 that's not gonna even get close to happening.

Well I know that a head swap will help him, but its not exactly a "bolt on".

I was more or less commenting on the last statement you made "F22s really can't make too much power without boost." :P

Personally, I wouldn't even really bother since its an automatic... unless its maybe a tiptonic transmission then maybe.... but you can control your engine more with a manual.

Even then short of some new pistons with higher than 8.8:1 compression and an aggressive cam its not going to make a ton.

serioulsy

tiptronic is the dumbest Joe Racer invention ever made.
Only total clowns think that is something cool to have.

Automatics are pretty popular for drag racing - I guess they are wasting their time using them.
