Default building my 92 accords engine

I have a 92 accord coup that is, unfortunately, an automatic, and people are telling me I can't add much horsepower or torque to an automatic. The only things I've done so for is a cold air intake and 2.5 inch cat-back exhaust with a really beefy sounding resonator and a nicely tucked round stainless steal muffler. The exhaust upgrade was for a T3 turbo or a supercharger. My car's not gutless but I had a Suzuki Hiabusa street bike that had more ponies than my two thousand pound accord. I am going to have my timing belt replaced soon, should I have by cam reground at the same time since where half way there anyway? And what about turbo or supercharging an f22 automatic. I really don't want to have to swap tyrannies for a manual, nor do I want to buy a manual accord. The first thing I'm going to do is lower my car. There is more than a four inch gap between the top of my front tire and the bottom the wheel well. Any suggestions for affordable lowering springs? I can't afford $1000+ for coil overs. If I do get my cam reground, what grind, midrange?
