50 more at the crank would be a very welcome addition to my vehicle, and although i do appreciate all of your guy's input, everyone around here removes their cat, and i have on virtually every vehicle i have had, and it has always provided me with noticeable gains (nothing huge, but enough to make it worth doing). there are a lot of things that im sure you do that are considered illegal but maybe not inforced (things like downloading mp3's, watching your dvds or movies at someone elses house with some friends, etc...). anyways, thanks guys.

Hi flow cats aren't too expensive so, you could always go that route....and sorry I said whp, didn't mean to get your hopes up. Meant just hp (at the crank). It would still certainly be noticable though.

justification os doing something stupid is welll............just stupid.
Watching a DVD at a friends house with your pals is not illegal since it is a private exibition only (Inside ones house). Taking that same DVD to the park and charging people to watch it is illegal.

Montana currently has not emissions laws... As for the cat it's illegal for a mechanic to remove it for you. however, according to our laws I can personally modify it all I like.... we have tons of cars that run around here with clouds of blue smoke so bad that it's hard to see if you're behind them... We're a tad behind the times I guess.... works good for me though!

my vehicles never have a problem with smoke after removing the cat, oh and as i was told when i researched into it a while back, even if you are not charging to watch the movie, taking it to another private residence for a "public" or virtually "public" exhibition is supposedly "illegal", although ive never heard of anyone getting in trouble for it (the cops around here claim that they wouldnt do a thing about it, but they dont do much about anything around here lol).

a private residence like a home isnt subject to those rules, if your home fits 100+ people and you put it in the paper or some form of advertizing "public viewing of ##### movie" then thats illegal, but a bunch of friends in a private home isnt public. Just because you have it so it can be viewed from a window isnt illegal, and if its loud enough to hear outside, then it just becomes are noise ordance violation.
A big screen out in in someones back yard....... that might be illegal..... but the company who made the movie would have to catch you ^_-
