Suggest taking a file to knock off the rough upsets and polishing w/ emery cloth tape till very smooth. Keyway looks fine. Problem would arise if you ever install new crankshaft seal. New seal would be damaged going over rough crankshaft end.

Looks like someone used a pipe wrench to turn the engine w/o a timing belt. Valves will be damaged. Cylinder head work necessary.

good luck

you might have a tough time getting the timing crank gear and harmonic balancer pulley on the crank with that type of damage.
Also if you get a crank from a junk yard make sure you pull the crank out properly with the right sequence and tq. specs when removing the bottom end. Otherwise you will need to get the crank balanced be4 you install it into your engine. Mine is still for sale if you want it.

Also you can use any crankshaft from any f22 engine.
