This could be fun. Hope you like solving wire issues.
First, you'd be better off staying OBD-I. Also you didn't mention the trans....I'll assume manual.
High level, a ECU from a 94-95 EX (EX-R in Canada) that matches the trans. The engine of course. From there pretty much follow a 6th gen engine to 5th gen ecu wire pinout - there are a few write ups on that.
There are a few other fine details you are going to have to work out as well.
Oh, and lots of time.
