wow so not necesserily change the tranny...like from auto to man but just upgrade it auto to new auto??...cuz if so then i get ur point...but how much does this stuff normally run me??...got any websites??...and damn it seems the turbo kit runs me a good 2gs+.....if there ar sum experts around...lol..will one of u please give me the pros and cons of a f23 and a h22..that way i can kinda pick for myself

Well I know nothing about the F23, but know more than my fair share about the H. So I will give you the pros and cons of that.
Pros:
Makes 190-220hp stock(depending on which varient)
VTEC(sounds ricer but it is a cool feature)
Good aftermarket support(not nearly that of the B series, but nothing is)
Makes a fair amount of torque(something that is important to our heavier Accords)
Transmissions and most parts are interchangeable with F series
Cons:
FRM sleeves(meaning not iron)
Oil burning problems come along with VTEC in most cases
5spd LSD trannys have 5th gear grinding and reverse lock out issues
Pros:
