You can do a h22a4 crank swap to gain some more low end. Also aftermarket cams and adjustable cam gears also dyno tune will help. Just make sure to do some research with bisimoto on what would be the best cams for low end. Your tuner can change your tourk curve on the dyno with a tune.

Thanks for the advice.

I was looking at new Skunk2 valves, seals, and all that good stuff. they have Stage 1 and 2 Cams but they say with the stage two you need to upgrade your drive train, does that mean clutch? cause if so i have a Exedy Stage Two Clutch already. I'll be on the search for a H22a4 Crank now.

Also my friend has all the piping and intercooler for a turbo it. and i have a turbo - would just need to get exhaust manifold and a few other pieces. since my F20B has Cast Iron Sleeves would you imagine that i could get away with Putting a turbo on and having 8psi? This is my daily driver and honestly i dont really want alot of boost anyways i would just like the extra gain to play with here and there, I don't drive my car hard or beat it up as it is, i rarely open up vtec except for on a weekend drive.... i never drive it hard during the week i just to go work and back (highway) and go home.. i'm a very disciplined driver. How would my internals hold up if im good to it?

That dyno tune will do wonders to see where the power curves are ...

if you want to go turbo on your f20b you will need new pistons. you compression is too high for a turbo.

Also I forgot to mention you can run a f23 crank for more stroke to gain more low end tq.

also anytime you use aftermarket cams you will need to upgrade your valve train. your stock valve train will wear very quick. also your at risk for dropping a valve.
