There are 2 codes setting it off. 22 and 41.. 22 is the vtec oil pressure switch and the 41 is the primary oxygen sensor.. 41 is popping up because i noticed today thAT there is no oxygen sensor it was just a cap in the exhaust manifold where the sensor goes. My mistake, but i dont know why the 22 is popping up

Here's a picture from a Prelude, sorta like your H22 engine.
#12 in the drawing is the spool valve. #13 is the screen inside the #15 gasket. I'd get a new gasket since it will be hardened from age & heat.
#18 is the VTEC oil pressure switch. I think maybe a JDM engine does not have this, so your ECU throws the error because it wants to see this switch.
If your engine is really JDM it will be H22A without the "1". H22A1 is a USDM engine.

oh sweet man thanks for the pic it helps alot, ok, well i have the H22a not the H22a1. I went to the junk yard today and bought a sensor and put it in and wired it up and the check engine light doesnt come on now, but i still cant get it started so im gonna check the compression in it tomorrow and hopefully i dont have a bad motor. well thanks alot for showing me that that helps alot..
