Default H23 for 150 bucks... what should I do?

Someone in my area is offering me a h23 for a 150 bucks, the motor has 160k miles on it. the only thing that comes with it is the intake manifold, the exhaust manifold. Is it a significant gain in power from the f22b1 I have now. How good is the motor for boost compared to the f22b1. How well does the motor respond to bolt ons compared to the f22b1. What all will I need to swap the motor in my car. I have a 95 Accord EX auto. Please help me as soon as possible, the seller is going out of country friday.

for $150 it's a good deal but with that kind of milage, you should tear it down and inspect and rebuild it and then think about boost

130 HP to 200+ is a sizeable gain.

At $ 150.00 you could break it down and sell the parts and make more money than your paying for it , then get a newer motor
