Default head swap h22a4 into f22a1

I have a few questions about doing a head swap on my car, its a 91 lx with f22a1 and ive heard one of the best options would be using a h22a4 head.

what kind of power increase am i looking at?

also, what do i all have to swap with the head to make it work?

Do a search .... if it doesn't work, look up finch13 on the top 10 list to the right and use the search in his signature.

The swap from what i got is quite easy you need to fill two oil drain holes in the head and use the F23 head gasket, also the you need a H22 water pump but you have to use the F22 water pump housing and the H22 gears and guts. Its soooooooo much better then swapping motors and i believe the compression is still quite low, but the advantage is more cams and timing and also better tuning capabilities. i think you also need the H22 ECU and harness. the people that did it used a non vtec block
