Default How difficult is it to rebuild a head?

Lets assume I have a head, new valves and springs, and all of the neccessary tools laying right in front of me. How difficult of a job lies ahead?

Well assuming no machine work has to be done on it, just assembled, its not OVERLY complicated. But putting the retainers and everything on can be a royal pain and very tedious.

I have to pick my battles with working on my car..cus my car very well could be the death of me from heat attack...lol no joke

OT- We will see if I make it past the weekend...pullin whole engine and trans out for my 5speed swap and finishing up my g22 vtec engine to drop in place

Okay, because I'm still doing the head swap (f22a6 on the f22b1 block) and I figured that, since I have the money, time, and the will to learn how to do it, I'd go ahead and make an attempt at changing the springs, retainers, and seals.
