if running a sohc f series in an accord without the cam you might be able to pull 20 - 30 extra hp at the crank and the cam, what kind, mild/street (which should run no problem) agressive/race (you have to have a rechip/ems to get that to work) i know that the agressive cams can pull anywhere from 30 to 50 hp at the crank. But any way you look at it your going to **** off your ecu with the lack of a cat, and if you dont care about the gas mileage loss get rid of the vtec system and that will give you more low to mid power

Hehehe....a pissed off ECU. Just replace it...but it'll cost like 2500-3000 USD.

......... ummmm no it wont. running the AEM EMS is cheaper then that. If you go the easier route you can get an auto P28 and rechip that and the cost there is the p28 unless you find one prechipped less then 300 bucks and 10 bucks or so for the chip. Or you can go the super squirt but then you have to give up the vtec, but you get more power in the long run by having stage two cams that arent vtec. I have no idea where you got that 2500+ from though

high end full ecu replacements can run that much... rally computers are higher than that...

yeah, if youre going to have a custom board made, yeah, i can believe that, but oddly ehough you dont even have to spend 1000 dollars, cause many ecu's can be rechipped, and dyno's can tell you the rest, and youll probably spend less then 1000 in the end ^_-

Really?

Ahh...my bad then. But you got to admit...carbon fiber hoods are pretty sweet, 'specially if an intake is on it.
