My F22B1 engine is slugish after build. What else do I need
I bought some Arias pistons 10:5:1 compression, and bored out the block to 86 mm from the stock 85mm. I also bought some headers, performance oil pump, stage 1 clutch, and flywheel, Iridium spark plugs, and NGK wire set. My mechanic put it together and now he can't figure out why the car has a really slow start. I am thinking it might be the tune or maybe needs performance injectors. I am also not sure what computer the 1994 Honda Accord EX has so not sure if I tune the computer that is in it buy a chip or what. I heard about hondata but not sure how it works. Can somebody please help me solve this problem. Thank you

it's your tune. You put a much higher compression pistons in the block. The stock pistons are 8:8:1 and now your 10:5:1. You need to buy a chipped p28 ecu with a tuning software (hondata/crome) and find a turner in your area and get a good tune. Your stock ECU can't compensate for that much of a compression change.
...and it might not hurt to find some h22 prelude injectors

So than
Do you know where I can get a chip for my ecu.Do you know of any good websites. I also don't know how to install a chip. I am hoping the guy that tunes the car would know. So than I don't need OBDI or OBDII. The last thing I wanted to do is send my ecu somewhere to get flashed or would you recommend that.
Oh and the other thing. I was looking at venom injectors because they fit the stock fuel rail and go in easily. So what 000cc should I get. I saw that there is quite a few? Thank you so much for your help

you can buy the ecu you need online for about $130-160. Find a tuner in your area then ask them what tuning software they use. The go online and buy a ecu that’s chipped with the tuning software they use. Sometimes the tuners sell chipped ecus you can buy from them. I would also talk to you tuner about your injector size. I suggested the h22a (jdm) ones b/c you can normally find them cheap. They are 325cc vs. your f22's 235cc.
