This is why I do not post. A guy with no personal car in the garage, no proof of building anything, ever will say things that he has heard from other people that have never built anything, never seen a dyno more than less used one. It is amazing to me that you still want to talk about it. You win, keep passing on the good knowedge!

Unless you want to spend several grand for a turbocharger application (inadvisable as you have an automatic transmission), save your money and buy a car with more umph next time around.

If quicker on the streets includes cornering, you can look at wheel/tire and suspension upgrades???
The "fragile" automatic transmission of 1998-2002 are past, but I'm not inclined to trust automatics with much extra power. Intake & exhaust stuff is pretty modest, because Hondas "traditionally" breathe fairly well to begin with. Low restriction intake & exhaust will only improve things to the extent that the stock stuff is overly restrictive.
The "fragile" automatic transmission of 1998-2002 are past, but I'm not inclined to trust automatics with much extra power. Intake & exhaust stuff is pretty modest, because Hondas "traditionally" breathe fairly well to begin with.
