Follow the lower hose back to the cylinder head. The thermostat is squeezed in the middle of where the hose connects and the cylinder head.
Bleeder screw is right about that, it looks like a brake bleeder, but larger.

Uh....so I got my new hoses and thermostat....but one problem.
I got the thermo from Honda and it has the part # 19301-paa-306
Just double checked online and according to hondapartsnow.com it says it should be
19301-p08-316
Did they just change the part 3 or did the guy give me the wrong one?

wtf, it has to be wrong. I looked on hondapartsnow.com and it is for the 98-02 accord. What an idiot. I told him 97 and then he asked me "97 accord right?"
I have googled both #'s and the part I have never comes up for the 5th gen accord. wow
